This course was a fantastic resource to use in the prep for the AIGP. The structured lay out was easy to follow and Dr. David has a style that makes learning and relating the material easy to follow. In addition, his Discord server is an excellent add on. The ability to interact with Dr. David and your fellow students added tremendous value and encouragement. You are not alone and have support. 100% recommend.

The breadth and organization of material is FABULOUS!!!! I found it very easy to understand the concepts themselves and the relationship between them. Without exaggeration: I would not have passed the AIGP exam but for this class. I found the transcript easy to follow and the accompanying slides made studying very efficient: when listening to the material, I could add notes in the margins. I particularly valued the parts when Dr. David noted that, “This isn’t for the test per se but as a professional, you should know this.” I appreciated the holistic approach very much. All in all, a very knowledgeable, well-thought and well-presented course and I give it highest marks. If I take another exam where you’ve got a course on it, that will be my very first stop.

For those pursuing the AIGP certification, this course is the perfect complement to your studies. Unlike the official course, it’s concise, engaging, and incredibly effective in conveying the necessary information. Take it from me, I’ve taken both, and Dr. David’s Masterclass course is far superior. If you’re in IT or cybersecurity, even if you’re not taking the AIGP exam, this class is a valuable asset. As Artificial Intelligence becomes more common in the workplace, understanding AI fundamentals becomes crucial. This course provides the essential knowledge to help make you the go-to AI expert within your organization.

I can’t recommend this course enough if you want to take the AIGP exam. This course fills the gaps of the official IAPP course and I appreciated how EVERYTHING was broken down to its core elements which helped accelerate my understanding of AI governance. Dr. David is a fantastic educator and makes the learning process enjoyable and fun (believe it or not)!

I took both the IAPP course and this one, and Dr. Privacy’s course is significantly better. Absolutely cannot recommend it enough. I recommend listening to the course as a podcast casually, then do a second run through where you actively take notes. After that - review your notes, ask your favorite GPT to make multiple choice questions based on your notes, then take the IAPP practice exam to identify any gaps.

I highly recommend this excellent course. It is a great resource to pair with the official IAPP textbook as it covers certain topics that were not covered in enough detail in the textbook. I used this course to pass the CIPP/US exam on my first attempt.

I passed my CIPP/US exam recently and this course definitely helped. I had already read Mike Chapple’s book and the IAPP textbook for the CIPP/US before starting this course so I was familiar with many of the topics, but I still benefitted from the way certain topics were described and even learned some things here that I didn’t in the other books.
