Welcome to Dr. David, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online courses, instructional content, practice materials, and associated services (the “Services”), including any content provided via our website and third-party integrations (e.g., LearnDash, WooCommerce, Stripe, and Discord). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Prohibited Account Sharing and Access
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is intended for use by a single individual only. Simultaneous logins from multiple devices or users are not allowed.
Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account without refund.
3. Content Access and Restrictions
The Services provide streaming-only access to course videos and materials. Downloading, recording, or otherwise duplicating video content is not permitted.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any course materials;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify any of the Services;
- Upload, input, or otherwise incorporate any part of the course content into machine learning or artificial intelligence systems (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or similar systems).
All content provided via the Services is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. David, LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Participation in Dr. David’s Discord server is subject to a separate Code of Conduct, which is displayed within the server.
We expect all users to behave respectfully. Harassment, spamming, abuse, or any behavior deemed disruptive or in violation of the Code of Conduct or these Terms may result in removal from the Discord community and/or suspension or termination of your account access.
5. Payment Processing and Refunds
Payments are securely processed via third-party providers, including WooCommerce and Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.
You may request a full, unconditional refund within 30 days of your purchase—no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact method provided on our website. Each refund request is subject to approval by Dr. David, LLC. We will review and respond to your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be issued through WooCommerce to your original payment method. Refunds will not be granted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
6. Modifications to the Services and Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and the content of our Services at any time, in our sole discretion.
Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Legal Jurisdiction and Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or to a jury trial.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund shall be due unless otherwise stated in our separate refund policy.
